Dear frikipartners...

... Hace días que no os paso nada excepcionalmente gracioso, y esto tampoco lo es realmente… Estoy un poco “a mi bola” y no me doy cuenta de lo que es gracioso del modo tan sencillo que lo suelo hacer habitualmente.
Se han dado cosas muy Frikis esta semana: en el ME tenemos el primer “empleado del mes”. Felicidades Samara!! Ole!! También estamos haciendo las revisiones médicas y en el cuestionario nos preguntan cosas como “cree que alguien le persigue?”, “sufre episodios nerviosos?”, “tiene episodios depresivos?”, “tiene aumento/pérdida del apetito?” y cosas más raras, pues va una de mi departamento, lo marca todo y pone “un poco de todo!!”. Jajajaja! Eso sí que es FRIKI!!! Os pasaría copia pero la foto ha quedado fatal.
Y para terminar, el punto más friki para mi en lo que incumbe al ME: próximamente recibimos un grupo importante de música, bastante conocido y de esos que mueven masas de adolescentes, mujeres desesperadas y hombres-locas. Os paso parte del contrato, que no tiene desperdicio:

b) Please ensure that the group's privacy is not violated on their arrival, stay and departure by over enthusiastic (but well meaning) hotel employees.
c) Please instruct all hotel staff that it is unacceptable and unprofessional to request tickets from the party or autographs from the artists whilst they are guest in your hotel. Due to the nature of the popular music industry and the importance of providing our clients with their exact requirements and standards which they expect from the hotels that they stay in, it is imperative that you understand that this instructions letter is to help you in providing that service to the guest(s) concerned. Please make sure that all of the requirements listed are to the best of your ability.

Vamos, que vienen a España y dan por hecho que somos inútiles… ¿no?, y encima se dan el pegote de decir que es “to the best of your ability”. Lo flipo… no deben saber que todos firmamos una cláusula de privacidad… Bueno, lo leo y no es tan friki, pero me da rabia que nos traten de gilipollas!!
